The staff are cute, since my first day, and always smiling. Everyone greets well! the room is super clean and organized! the location allows easy access to many restaurants and bars. a scooter makes reaching many places in this area easy.

The suite included a king-size bed and a separate sitting area with comfortable sofas. Plus a work desk. The bathroom featured dual sinks and a walk-in shower. i found the provided toiletries very useful.

i enjoyed the location tucked away from the main road that kept the noise level down it was a short walk to restaurants and the beach. my room was large and clean it featured an upstairs mezzanine and private plunge pool. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

i noticed the hotel shows some signs of needing maintenance the hotel looked a bit older than the photos suggested. i found some stains on the sheets which i didn't appreciate.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

I adored the amazing interior and exteriors! The hotel has a complimentary shuttle. This shuttle takes you to Seminyak Village and nearby spots like Potato Head. When I felt unwell, the staff were wonderfully accommodating. I was given extra towels and a bucket as soon as I asked.

The breakfast buffet selection felt somewhat limited for me. Fortunately, ordering off the menu was still an option. I did experience some mosquitoes so I would consider bringing mosquito repellent.

I loved the french toast. It is awesome item! The 24-hour concierge was useful because it was my first time traveling. Room service was very prompt and fantastic whenever I needed anything.
